Cookie Rojas was an invaluable part of the 1970's Kansas City Royals. Picked up off the scrap heap by the Royals after most thought Rojas had no more mileage in him proved to be a genius decision for the young organization as Cookie would represent the club in 3 All-Star games and become a quick fan favorite. This jersey dates to the 1972 season and being that it was the last season the Royals wore flannels these jerseys are difficult to come by. The jersey shows moderate wear and is made by Wilson. The Wilson label as well as the size 40 indicator are in the front tail while the collar contains the strip tag which reads "Set 2-72". The jersey has the original team logo patch on the sleeve. Fantastic Royals gamer that exhibits great eye appeal!!!! LOA from jersey expert Dave Miedema accompanies this jersey.
