A first ballot Hall of Fame member Ty Cobb was certainly one of the greatest to play the game. Cobb received the highest percentage of votes when elected to the Hall of Fame inaugural class, an impressive feat considering that class included Babe Ruth, Christy Mathewson, Walter Johnson, and Honus Wagner. A 12x Batting Champ Cobb retired with an unbelievable lifetime batting average of .367. This impressive framed display features an excellent rendering of Ty Cobb in the traditional T206 pose produced by "R Tallon" in 1981. A limited edition of 367 prints were made and sold in sets of five. Below this attractive numbered print is a Ty Cobb signed check dated 3/25/1955.
