Freddie Patek played 14 years in the majors shoring up the middle infield for the Pirates (1968-70), Royals (1971-79), and Angels (1980-81). Patek picked up 1,340 hits, 41 Home Runs, 490 RBI, and 385 Stolen Bases during his career. In addition to Patek's ability to handle the bat he was also an outstanding fielder. These qualities helped him receive 2 All-Star nominations (1976, 1978). This bat shows light use and is uncracked. Patek brandished this particular bat during the 1976 season while helping to lead the Kansas City Royals to their first playoff experience while also being named to his first All-Star team.
