Hal Lanier played 10 seasons in the majors taking the field for the San Francisco Giants (1964-71) and New York Yankees (1972-73). Lanier was a solid middle infielder during his career and following his playing career was a successful coach with the St. Louis Cardinals (1981-85) and manager for the Houston Astros (N.L. Manager of the year 1986). This gamer dates to the 1965-68 seasons and shows solid use. Lanier's player number 22 rests on the knob in vintage black marker.
