Andy Etchebarren played 15 seasons in the Bigs taking the field for the Baltimore Orioles (1962, 1965-1975), California Angels (1975-77), and Milwaukee Brewers (1978). Etchebarren was a reliable platoon catcher and played in 4 Fall Classics with the Baltimore Orioles (1966,69,70, & 71). Etchebarren used this gamer during the 1969-72 seasons. At some point Orioles teammate Dave Leonhard took over as primary user of the bat, as Leonhard's player number 40 tests on the knob. The bat shows heavy use which leads us to believe the majority of the use was by Etchebarren as Leonhard being a pitcher received limited at bats. Nice gamer from the Orioles dynasty years!!!
