Larry Bowa played 16 seasons in the majors taking the field for the Philadelphia Phillies (1970-81), Chicago Cubs (1982-85), and New York Mets (1985). Bowa played in 5 All-Star games and was awarded 2 Gold Gloves during his productive career. Bowa collected 2,191 hits and was a member of the Philadelphia Phillies 1980 World Series Championship team. Following his playing career Bowa was an MLB coach and manager. In 2001 Bowa was named N.L. Manager of the Year. This gamer dates to the 1973-75 seasons. The bat in increased and shows solid use.
