Eric Young played 15 seasons in the bigs taking the field for the L.A. Dodgers (1992 & 1997-99), Colorado Rockies (1993-97), Chicago Cubs (2000-01), Milwaukee Brewers (2002-03), San Francisco Giants (2003), Texas Rangers (2004 & 2006), and San Diego Padres (2005-06). Young was an N.L. All-Star and Silver Slugger award winner in 1996. A solid second baseman Young collected 1,731 hits and posted a lifetime batting average of .283 during his productive career.
