Hall of Fame pitcher Don Drysdale recorded an overall record of 209-166 over his 14-year MLB career, every season of which was played for the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers. Entering the 1960’s, Drysdale had established himself as one of the most feared right-handers in the National League. This lot includes a game-worn undershirt that Drysdale used during the 1960’s. This three-quarter sleeve undershirt shows considerable wear with perspiration stains and discoloration throughout. This "XL" sized undershirt is marked "53" in fine-point black marker on the outside of the rear collar.
Includes LOA from the Drysdale Family.
