It's rare to offer a game used bat from a Hall of Famer who only hit .263 during his career but here we are! This bat was used by Hall of Fame umpire Jocko Conlan during the 1923-25 seasons while he was a minor league player for the Rochester Tribe. Conlan would finally make it to the majors for 2 seasons with the Chicago White Sox (1934-35) before embarking on his Hall of Fame career as an umpire. Conlan would umpire 6 All-Star Games and 5 World Series during his career. Conlan was widely respected as an umpire and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1974. This gamer is un-cracked and shows outstanding use. some checking on the front barrel has beeen repaired with a series of small nails. Very tough game used example that is a void in most Hall of Fame collections!!! PSA Authenticated and graded 7.5
1923-25 John "Jocko" Conlan Game Used Bat PSA 7.5
