John Wathan enjoyed a 10 year playing career all with the Kansas City Royals. Wathan collected 656 hits with 21 Homers and 261 RBI's during his time with the Royals and was a member of the 1985 World Series Championship team. Following his playing career Wathan Managed the Royals for 5 seasons producing 2 winning seasons. Wathan wore these shin guards while playing for Kansas City. The guards show heavy use and Wathan has added his signature to both. Nice game used signed piece from this popular Kansas City Royal!!!
