Jim Gentile played for 9 seasons in the majors taking the field for the Brooklyn/L.A. Dodgers (1957-58), Baltimore Orioles (1960-63), Kansas City A's (1964-65), Houston Astros (1965-66), and Cleveland Indians (1966). Gentile compiled 759 Hits, 179 Home Runs, and 549 RBI's during his career. Gentile was a 3 time All-Star (1960-62) and led the A.L. in RBI's in 1961. This bat dates to the 1964 season and Gentile's player number 6 rests on the knob. The bat is un-cracked and shows outstanding use!!! Really great example that seems to be one of the 3 bats Gentile is holding in his Accu Record picture!!!!
