This sharp 1988 World Series bat was issued to L.A. Dodgers starting pitcher John Tudor for use in the Series. The bat shows no use but does have Tudor's player number 30 on the knob and is covered with Tudor's 1988 Dodger teammates signatures. 1988 saw the L.A. Dodgers finish with a record of 94-67 good for 1st in the N.L. West. The Dodgers would go on to defeat the N.Y. Mets to claim the N.L. crown before dispatching the Oakland A's in 5 games to win the 1988 World Series. 38 members of that L.A. Dodgers Championship team have added there signatures to this World Series bat. Signatures include Tom Lasorda, Steve Sax, Orel Hershiser, Kirk Gibson, Jesse Orosco, Manny Mota, Fernando Valenzuela, and others.
