Ron Hassey enjoyed a 14 year big league career putting on the tools of ignorance for the Cleveland Indians (1978-84), Chicago Cubs (1984), New York Yankees (1985-86), Chicago White Sox (1986-87), Oakland A's (1988-90), and Montreal Expos (1991). Hassey is the only Catcher in MLB history to catch 2 Perfect Games. Certainly known for his apt handling of Pitchers Hassey was also no slouch with the bat finishing his career with a .266 Batting Avg., 71 Homers, and 438 RBI's. This bat hails from the 1980-83 labeling period while Hassey was playing with the Cleveland Indians. The bat shows nice use and is signed on the barrel by Hassey. Great gamer from this former backstop!!!
