Larry Herndon played 14 seasons in the majors taking the field for the St. Louis Cardinals (1974), San Francisco Giants (1976-81), and the Detroit Tigers (1982-88). Herndon was the Sporting News 1976 ROY and was a member of the Detroit Tigers 1984 World Series Championship team. The bat hails from the 1983-86 seasons and shows use.
