This ultimate symbol of baseball's highest achievement, a stunning and massive Championship ring was presented to Cardinals Pitcher Jorge Sosa, who was traded at the 2006 deadline to the Cleveland Indians. Prior to the trade he hit a respectable .291 average in 223 at bats. This magnificent ring instantly draws the eye with forty fancy-cut rubies forming the Cardinals logo on a bed of 1.3 carats of genuine diamonds. The perimeter reads "ST. LOUIS CARDINALS WORLD CHAMPIONS" of the face in gold raised lettering. The left shank features a Busch Stadium in miniature and the surname of the original presentee “Sosa” and his number “31”. Right shank features the birds and bat team logo, a miniature World Series trophy, and the words "2006, TENTH WORLD SERIES TITLE". The interior is stamped "Intergold 14K."
