Dale Carter played 14 seasons in the NFL as a lock down cornerback. Carter was a 4x Pro-Bowl selection (1994-97) and was named to 2 All-Pro teams (1995-96). Carter was issued this jersey during the 1998 season while he was a member of the Kansas City Chiefs. The jersey shows no use and is tagged correctly.
