Jamie Quirk played 18 seasons in the show taking the field with the Kansas City Royals (1975-76, 1978-82, and 1985-88), St. Louis Cardinals (1983), Chicago White Sox (1984), Cleveland Indians (1984), New York Yankees (1989), Baltimore Orioles (1989), and Oakland A's (1989-92). Quirk collected 544 hits, 43 Home Runs, and 247 RBI's during the course of his career. Primarily a back up catcher and utility infielder, Quirk was often an added addition due to his versatility and leadership values. Quirk was a member of several post season and World Series teams for both the Kansas City Royals and Oakland A's. This bat was issued this bat for use in the 1985 Word Series while he was a member of the eventual Champion Kansas City Royals. Quik failed to register an at bat in the series so the bat shows appropriate limited use. Still this remains an attractive relic from the Royals 1st World Series title!!!
