Dwight Evans played 20 seasons in the majors taking the field for the Boston RedSox (1972-90) and Baltimore Orioles (1991). Evans played in 3 All-Star games and collected 8 Gold Gloves and 2 Silver Sluggers during his productive career. Evans wore these pants during the 1978 season. The original McAuliffe tagging is still intact which includes Evans player number 24. At some point the pants were re-issued to teammate Tom Burgmeier whose player number 16 is written in the waist band. Nice game used relic from this popular Red Sox player!
