Jerry May played 10 seasons suiting up for the Pittsburgh Pirates (1964-70), Kansas City Royals (1971-73), and the New York Mets (1973). May collected 357 Hits, 15 Home runs, and 130 RBI's during his career. Although May's offensive number aren't staggering it's his defensive ability that kept him in the game. May threw out 42.57% of the base runners who tried to steal against him good for 11th best of All-Time. On June 12th 1970 May caught Dock Ellis No-Hitter although Ellis still claims it was Richard Nixon. May sported this attractive Kansas City Royals game used flannel during the 1971 season. The jersey is tagged correctly and shows solid use. Nice game used flannel jersey from the early days of the Kansas City Royals franchise! LOA from jersey expert Dave Miedema accompanies this lot
