Steve Carlton pitched 24 seasons in the majors taking the mound for the St. Louis Cardinals (1965-71), Philadelphia Phillies (1972-86), San Francisco Giants (1986), Chicago White Sox (1986), Cleveland Indians (1987), and Minnesota Twins (1987-88). A 4x CY Young winner and 5x All-Star Carlton was one of the games marquee pitchers during his career. Carlton posted career numbers of 329 wins and 4,136 strikeouts and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1994. This bat dates to the 1971-79 seasons during the prime of Carlton's career. The bat shows excellent use and is uncracked. Carlton has added his signature to the barrel of the bat. Very tough to find gamer from this Hall of Fame pitcher!! PSA has given this bat a grade of 8.
