Hall of Famer Warren Spahn wore this Rawlings glove during the last 2 years of his illustrious career. Spahn was a 17x All-Star as well as the 1957 CY Young winner. A member of the 1957 Milwaukee Braves World Series Championship team, Spahn compiled 363 wins during his 21 year career. This glove shows outstanding use and Spahn's player number 21 rests on the back of the pinky finger of the glove in faded marker. The labeling for this Rawlings glove is from the 1964 season, Spahn's last with the Braves. Spahn spent the 1965 season split between the New York Mets and the San Francisco Giants. True game worn gloves from vintage Hall of Fame members are few and far between! Fantastic relic from one of the games greatest left handed pitchers! PSA letter accompanies this lot. This lot contains a reserve.
