Kevin Appier won 169 games during his 16 year MLB career. Appier was a pitching standout for the Kansas City Royals posting 6 double digit win seasons while with the club. Appier would post 3 more double digit win seasons after leaving the Royals including a 14-12 season for the 2002 World Series Champion Anaheim Angels. This bat dates to the 2001 season while Appier was with the New York Mets. The bat shows moderate use and is uncracked. Very tough to find pitchers bat as Appier spent the majority of his career in the A.L. In fact Appier only registered 83 career at bats 62 of which were from the 2001 season. Great rarely seen game used bat from this extremely popular pitcher!!!
