Rick Sutcliffe pitched 18 season in the majors, taking the mound for the L.A.Dodgers (1976 & 1978-81), Cleveland Indians (1982-84), Chicago Cubs (1984-91), Baltimore Orioles (1992-93), and St. Louis Cardinals (1994). Sutcliffe was a 3x All-Star, 1979 ROY, and 1984 N.L. CY Young winner. Sutcliffe was awarded this plaque during the 1989 season after being named N.L. Player of the Week the first week of the season.
