1989 saw the Oakland A's finish with a record of 99-63 good for first in the A.L. West. The A's would go on to defeat the Toronto Blue Jays and San Francisco Giants to claim the 1989 World Series Championship. 25 members of that 1989 World Series championship team have added there signatures to this baseball. Signatures include Tony LaRussa, Walt Weiss, Terry Steinbach, Mark McGwire, Jose Canseco, Dennis Eckersley, and others. Very nice team signed ball!!! This lot was sourced directly from legendary groundskeeper George Toma and is accompanied by a letter from Mr. Toma as to it's authenticity.
