Ron Cey played 17 seasons in the majors awkwardly running the bases for the L.A. Dodgers (1971-82), Chicago Cubs (1983-86), and Oakland A's (1986). A solid 3rd baseman Cey appeared in 6 straight All-Star games (1974-79) and played in 4 World Series (Dodgers 1974, 77, 78, & 81). A solid hitter Cey rapped out 1,868 hits with 316 HR's during the course of his career. This bat dates to the 1983-85 seasons while Cey was playing with the Chicago Cubs. The bat shows heavy use and has a cracked handle. Cey's player number 11 rests on the knob and he has added his signature to the barrel in ball point pen. Very nice signed gamer from this popular player!!!
