Tony Cuccinello played 15 seasons in the majors (1930-45). Cuccinello was a solid hitter and was named to 3 All-Star teams. After his playing career Cuccinello was a highly thought of Major League coach appearing on postseason staffs of the 1954 Cleveland Indians, 1959 Chicago White Sox, and 1968 Detroit Tigers. This fungo bat was used by Cuccinello in a coaching capacity during the 1961-63 seasons. The bat shows outstanding use and has a cracked handle that has been repaired with small nails.
