Ken Boyer played 15 seasons in the majors manning the hot corner for the St. Louis Cardinals (1955-65), N.Y. Mets (1966-67). Chicago White Sox (1967-68), and L.A. Dodgers (1968-69). Boyer played in 7 All-Star games and was a Gold Glove recipient 5 times. The 1964 season saw Boyer awarded MVP honors as he helped propel the Cardinals to the 1964 World Series Championship. This gamer dates to the 1961-63 seasons. The bat shows heavy use and has a handle crack that has been repaired by small nails. An illegible number rests on the knob.
