Lou Skizas played 4 seasons in the majors taking the field for the New York Yankees( 1956), Kansas City A's (1956-57), Detroit Tigers (1958), and Chicago White Sox (1959). Operating as a reliable 4th outfielder Skizas enjoyed his finest 2 statistical seasons during the 1956 & 1957 season hitting 29 of his 30 career homers during this time period. Skizas sported this Nokana glove during the 1958-59 seasons. The glove shows lots of use and the back wrist strap has been broken. Skizas has written his name in blue ink on the outer portion of the thumb. Tough to find game used relic from this popular player!!! PSA letter accompanies this lot
