Lou Kretlow pitched 10 seasons in the majors taking the mound for the Detroit Tigers (1946 & 1948-49), St. Louis Browns (1950 & 1953), Chicago White Sox (1950-53), Baltimore Orioles (1954-55), and Kansas City A's (1956). Kretlow sported this hat in 1956 while a member of the Kansas City A's. Kretlow's player number 18 rests on the under brim and Kretlow has added his signature. The hat shows heavy use and has some overall deterioration including brim damage and missing fabric. Tough to find game used hat!!!
