Harry "Suitcase" Simpson played 8 seasons in the majors taking the field for the Cleveland Indians (1951-53 & 55), Kansas City A's (1955-57 & 1958-59), New York Yankees (1957-58), Chicago White Sox (1959), and Pittsburgh Pirates (1959). Simpson was named to the A.L. All-Star team in 1956 and was a member of 2 A.L. Championship squads (Yankees 1957 & White Sox 1959) during his productive career. This bat was used by Simpson early in his career while he was a member of the Cleveland Indians (1951-53). This bat shows excellent use and has a slight handle crack. Simpson's player number 35 rests on the knob with the notation "Suit". Very nice game used example from this popular player!!!
